* AFFECTED AREA...In Arkansas, Benton, Carroll, Washington, and
Madison counties. In Oklahoma, Cherokee, Adair, Muskogee, and
McIntosh counties.
* WIND...South-southwest at 15 to 25 miles an hour, gusting 30 to
40 miles an hour.
* HUMIDITY...15 to 25 percent.
* TEMPERATURE...Mid 60s to Lower 70s.
* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
Outdoor burning is not recommended.
