expected.
* WHERE...Central Mendocino County in northwestern California...
* WHEN...Until 1130 AM PST.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Low-water
crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable. There
will be an increased risk of rock and land slides along roadways.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 827 AM PST, local law enforcement reported heavy rain in the
warned area. Flooding is already occurring. Between 1 and 3
inches of rain have fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in the
warned area.
